Pepper spray cream.
It’s what they gave me for the tendinitis pain.
The only technique they have is to overload the brain with heat signals so that the pain signals can’t travel the already busy nerve pathway.
I know something similar to this technique used to work when I was a kid, but it was all mental then. It was all in my brain that the transition went from pain to heat (or cold).
I look forward to seeing what the capsicum does for me.
