After gluing the thing together twice, it finally went through the wash today. That finished it. Kaput.
I haven’t decided if I want to replace it or not. I was using it every day, especially with the VA Move program I’m in currently.
But the little things are expensive.
I’ll have to think about it for a few days or so. đŸ˜¦

Alyce
Homeless Adventures
/ May 12, 2012It’s a digital exercise/movement tracker plus diet and sleep tracker.
So you can find out how much you move around during the day, both intential exercise and non-intential exercise.
You can set how active you want to be and how many calories you burn. And you can compare yourself to your friends.

Originally I got it for the sleep tracking so I could have some numbers to show the docs.
But after the first month it was for the exercise component. I’ve found that if I look at my fitbit and see “oh, I’ve done 2.5 miles on the treadmill today” then I’m very likely to tell myself that I can do another half mile just to meet the 3 mile daily goal.
