I’ve mentioned my neighbour with the little yappy dog before I think.

She never puts a leash on the little beast and it immediately runs to bark fiercely (loudly that is) at whoever is in sight. It completely ignores the “instructions” of its owner, who yells the dogs name, repeatedly, at the top of her voice.

This continues until whoever the dog is harassing manages to get inside their own apartment.

I was sound asleep this evening until the stupid owner let the damned beast run around outside where it went crazy barking at the new neighbours who are still moving in.

Now I’m wide awake.
