Well, maybe they do, but if they do they don’t turn off the TV.
There really shouldn’t be any need to listen to a TV that loud in the middle of the night.
Speaking of which, I need to figure out how to turn on the closed captioning on mine.
My neighbours don’t sleep.

/ April 16, 2012My husband sleeps with the t.v. on all night but he doesn’t leave the volume loud. Unfortunately, that’s the problem living in apartments. But if that’s the worst problem with your neighbors; that’s pretty good.
