I went in for an appt at 9am and got out at noon.
It wasn’t just the one appt., there was blood work, and pharmacy, and nutritionist.
I need to eat more. A LOT more. Thats going to be a challenge, to eat more at the right time intervals. The alarm app on my iPhone already gets a lot of use, now it’ll be working overtime.
Maybe that’s contributing to the extreme tiredness too.
