Thursday after school I was dragging. Lots of other peoples decisions and actions/non-actions deciding my fate. That always pushes my face into the clay mud.
I don’t eat much meat, too expensive, no way to cook it unless its hamburger, and it comes in too large a package; but, i found as I left class that I wanted/needed meat. Red meat. Real meat.
So I spent way too much money on some pre-cooked pre-sliced brisket. And it’s good.
I have to eat it within a few days so it doesn’t go bad so Keegan and I have been eating brisket since Thursday night. And it’s still good. To both of us.
Yum.
