/ January 17, 2012I crush it before cooking it – I just kind of lean on the bag, so it’s not really tiny, but broken into shorter lengths. Makes it easier to pick up with Western tools. Though of course chopsticks are the best tools for any kind of skinny noodles, especially wooden ones (tools, not noodles). Plastic is too slippery, and steel is too heavy.
