For any of you with achy fingers and hands, who have trouble opening small diameter bottles…I finally found a bottle opener for soda bottles. And it works amazingly well.
I found it hanging on one of the little “hanger” racks in the soda aisle at my local chain grocer.
Here’s a photo to give you an idea of what to look for…

/ December 1, 2011that’s the same kind of bottle opener we got with our expensive hoity toity corkscrew opener gift earlier this year. we use neither since the good old bottle opener mama gqave 30 something yrs ago still works.

It works great for twisting the caps off of soda bottles since my hands are losing their strength for small items like that.
