It’s getting cold again tonight, but still is 50 degrees in the camper. It gets in the low 30’s later on but I’m in my sleeping bag by then.
I remember when I bought my sleeping bag whether I should spend the $30 difference for the 10* bag versus the 35* bag. I am now glad that I bought the warmer one.
But while I’m nice and cozy I find myself wondering how the men in the group are on the other side of town. I know they have sleeping bags but I don’t think any of them have anything rated for the winter cold weather. I’m worried about them. Though I shouldn’t be, they’ve been living out there for years, they know how to survive.
I’ve decided to make stocking caps for them all, for sleeping in. I don’t know if they’ll want the hats, they may not. But it’s the only holiday present I’ll be able to give them.
