I can now do a garter stitch with even tension. I am quite pleased.

Here’s a pic of a half finished scarf.
The yarn is bamboo and is multi-colored which forms the camo pattern.
I think it will take me a few days to finish it, depending on how long I make it.

I’ve read that while the garter stitch is the warmest/densest stitch it is also the most time consuming.
