While it’s not “cold”, for a part of the country that had 80+ days of 100 degree temps in a row, low 40s is downright chilly.

I have my synth sleeping bag in the hammock, then my fleece blanky, then my down sleeping bag, then the top covered with a reflective emergency blanket.
I should be nice and cozy.

If I didn’t have to get up to let keegan out I might be tempted to stay in such a bundle all day, just prop my chem book up on my lap and study, nap, study, nap.
